Need 10+ years experience Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage program execution in Retirement Services, Annuities, or Group Benefits domains. Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationship management, ensuring alignment with client expectations and goals. Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver project milestones and outcomes on time. Oversee program scope, timelines, budget, and resources to meet business objectives. Proactively identify and manage risks, resolving issues efficiently with minimal disruption. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards within program activities. Provide regular status reports and performance metrics to senior management and client leadership. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive innovative solutions and improvements. Qualifications: Proven experience in program management, ideally within Retirement Services, Annuities, or Group Benefits. Strong client management and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
