Tool Selection and Implementation: Evaluating, selecting, and deploying ALM tools that best fit the organization's needs. This includes tools for requirements management, project planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Architecture Design: Designing the architecture of ALM systems to ensure they integrate smoothly with existing processes and tools. This involves setting up frameworks for how different ALM tools interact and support the application's lifecycle.

Process Optimization: Developing and implementing best practices for using ALM tools to enhance productivity and efficiency throughout the application lifecycle. This includes defining workflows, automating processes, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
