POSITION Senior NetSuite Developer Location: Youngstown, Ohio (Onsite) 12+ months Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop NetSuite workflows, saved searches, CSV Imports, Custom development using JavaScript, Custom reporting, and other elements as needed. 2. Support data integration and migration between supporting applications. 3. Create monthly reporting, quarterly updates of status for quality, supply chain, and product management. 4. Support RPA programs for business units and design team. 5. Actively participate in collaborated sessions on systems design and help drive technology direction. 6. Provide documentation and training materials for fellow team members as well as the user community. 7. Collaborate with business departments to architect application solutions to serve a variety of business functions. 8. Ensure availability of all applications on a 24/7 basis. 9. Identifies the need for upgrades, configurations of new systems and applications in conjunction with IT management. 10. Manage the project implementation cycle as it relates to system solutions, including analysis, design, and implementation. 11. Interact with key business members, leading complex business requirement discussions to gather, evaluate, and document business needs and translate these into functional specifications and user stories. 12. Lead testing efforts with all stakeholders of a solution, including detailing test scenarios or scripts. 13. Ensure responses to customer complaints and concerns are timely and adequate. 14. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field; Masters degree preferred 3+ years experience in developing and supporting Oracle NetSuite platform and Java Scripting with at least one full cycle project implementation. 3+ years experience with SQL, Application Quality Management, RPA, Project Place. Proven experience as a developer utilizing Java Script, HTML, CSS, and Visual Basic. Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.
