The Agile Coach's role is to inspire the team, give tools, and promote personal growth. Their roles may include a variety of agile coach responsibilities, such as: Distribute information on the Agile process to all team members early on. Each process step that will be necessary during the project's lifespan should be taught by the team. Assist in the development of project plans. Identify probable project pitfalls. Respond to your colleagues' questions. Problems with the process can be recognized and diagnosed. Coach Agile Product Owners to achieve corporate value and project vision.
