The successful candidate may also be the organization's Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI). TOPTALENT LEARNING is located in Plano, Texas. ONLY CANDIDATES WHO LIVE IN THE DALLAS/FORT WORTH AREA WILL BE CONSIDERED. Successful candidate MUST ALREADY BE a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI) certified to teach CCNA Responsibilities Deliver online and/or in-classroom sessions to TOPTALENT LEARNING network, students, and associated clientele. Provide feedback to management team on system performance and suggested enhancements to the applications. Develop training materials as required. Maintain and exceed all published course evaluation and other performance minimums. Manage student attendance and assessments. Obtain and maintain applicable certifications to teach assigned courses. Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the Training Manager or Center Director. Qualifications Hold current CCNA certification and live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Hold CCSI certification to teach CCNA prior to the start of contract Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on instruction and teaching. Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn technical information quickly. Ability to interact with and report to all levels of management and employees. Ability to work well with team members. Must have good judgement skills, demonstrating strong work ethic and dependability. Familiarity with learning management systems.
