The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Epics healthcare software modules and workflows and be able to lead teams in delivering complex projects efficiently. This is a remote role offering flexibility while working with cross-functional teams. Must Haves: 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master 2+ years managing teams on Epic platforms: including, but not limited to, EpicCare, Beacon, Radiant, Ambulatory, Resolute PB, or Cadence Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required Deep understanding of Epic workflows, data integration points, and system configurations Familiarity with Epics change management and version upgrade processes Strong leadership and communication skills to navigate complex stakeholder relationships Ability to work effectively in a remote environment Nice to Haves: Epic certification or proficiency in one or more Epic modules Familiarity with healthcare IT standards (HIPAA, HL7, etc.) Experience using Epic tools for tracking, reporting, and system management Knowledge of Agile project management tools like Rally Keywords: information technology green card Senior Scrum Master with Epic EHR background [email protected] |
