Senior Architect and practitioner level please Must Have: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ITIL Foundation Certification ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM, ITAM, or other relevant modules)RemoteJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Consultant to assess, evaluate, and provide recommendations on the current implementation of the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing platform architecture, integrations, ITOM/ITAM capabilities, CMDB health, and adherence to best practices, while providing insights to enhance the platform's effectiveness and efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal usage of ServiceNow across the organization and propose improvements for future module rollouts and platform governance.Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Platform Assessment: Evaluate the current implementation of the ServiceNow platform, including module configuration, customizations, and workflows. Review the existing roadmap for planned enhancements, module rollouts, and upgrades. Assess the current architecture and integration landscape, including integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, monitoring tools, etc.). IT Operations Management (ITOM): Assess the maturity of ITOM capabilities, including Event Management, Orchestration, Discovery, and Cloud Management within ServiceNow. IT Asset Management (ITAM): Evaluate the implementation and maturity of ITAM processes, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). Configuration Management Database (CMDB): Assess the health, data quality, completeness, and accuracy of the CMDB. Provide recommendations to improve CMDB practices and maturity. Best Practices and Industry Standards: Evaluate adherence to ServiceNow best practices (e.g., Agile, ITIL) and industry standards. Propose process improvements to align with evolving standards and technologies. Organizational Change Management (OCM) & Governance: Evaluate Organization Change Management (OCM) processes and platform governance practices. Collaborate with teams to ensure effective governance, platform support, and ongoing development. Team Capability Assessment: Assess the skills and capabilities of teams responsible for ServiceNow implementation, management, and support. Provide guidance for skills development and knowledge enhancement where necessary. Ongoing Platform Support: Review ongoing support and maintenance activities, including incident management, problem management, and service request fulfillment. Identify opportunities to enhance support efficiency and platform stability. Virtual Agent & Chat Capabilities: Review the current configuration of Virtual Agent and Chat within ServiceNow. Identify opportunities for self-service, integrations, and expanded use-cases, including knowledge management.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform implementation, configuration, and support. Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Virtual Agent capabilities in ServiceNow. Experience with ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and enterprise system integration (e.g., ERP, CRM). Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and ServiceNow best practices. Proven experience in platform governance, OCM, and ServiceNow support processes.
