Local to Seattle, WA - hybrid role Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements: Experience with application observability, system-level design, performance Proven ability to coach, mentor and teach junior team members Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs Excellent communication and presentation skills Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of complex, multi-stream programs and projects, including preparation of project charters, delivery plans and status updates, facilitation of workshops and cross-functional meetings and coordination of change and training efforts Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead team in resolving complex issues in a fast pace and challenging environment Familiarity with cloud migration tools and strategies, defining migration roadmaps as well as integration strategies and patterns Ability to comprehend work cohesively with multiple enterprise architects, adhering to enterprise architectural guardrails and guidelines, defined and published in the Architecture Review Board (ARB) Comprehend the essentialities of Change Management, be an advocate for changes proposed by the Change Advisory Board (CAB) Ability to lead and influence cross-functional partners, subject matter experts, business users and technology partners to solve complex business problems Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple cross functional teams.
