At least 2 end to end implementation experience in Microsoft dynamics. Good team player and must be able to work independently. Troubleshoot issues to help business and provide solutions. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment. Should understand agile methodology and tools like JIRA and ChaRM. Able to act independently, seeking consultation guidance and advice as appropriate from lead. Analyze requirements from the business and take appropriate steps to define action plans which are detailed, meaningful and set expectations appropriately with the business. Customer-centric, multi-functional Expert: must be capable of managing / coordinating with key stakeholders for the organization, should have developed & delivered customizations to support complex business requirements.
