Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects, preferably with experience in SAP reporting solutions. Basic understanding of SAP system architecture and relevant SAP software solutions, such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors. Ability to create detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage schedules effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in conducting business process analysis, gap analysis, and requirements gathering. Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: Four years of experience in leading complex IT systems development or implementation projects and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes four years of experience in leading IT systems development or implementation projects.
