Solid technical understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and data model and Multi-Org concepts. 2 End to End Projects Implementation experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll module. Ability to drive the projects independently and work with Business Stakeholders. Hands on experience with Fast Formulas and Costing. Hands on experience with HCM Data Loaders, HCM Extracts and OTBI Reports Implementation experience on Payroll Conversions, configurations, Mid-Year Balance migrations Hands on Experience working in ADP Reporting and Integration issues Adhere to the processes and adapt the changes set by the Organization Experience in cross modules like Core HR, Benefits and Absences is preferred Experience on working end to end test cases for Payroll Module. Oracle Applications development experience, including Reports, Customization, Interfaces, and Extensions. Big picture view, with ability to understand the details of business needs, processes, and information flows through the system. Prior experience working in organizations to support IT services provided to internal/external clients Knowledge of software development lifecycle and source code control. Business intelligence and reporting experience considered an asset. Minimum Requirements: A Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or related field with 6+ years experience of Oracle Cloud Applications (implementation and support) Experience with one or more Oracle Cloud modules HCM like Core HR, Benefits, Absence and Payroll is a must. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience with expertise in large-scale, enterprise software that requires high performance, scalability, and redundancy, during which both hands-on and leadership capabilities have been clearly demonstrated Troubleshooting skills for technical and functional issues related to the Oracle Applications.
