Please send me your candidates updated Resume Position: Senior UX Designer With PRINCE2 or PMP Location: New York, NY (3 days a week onsite) Experience : 10+ ONly NOTE : Need Passport number and LinkedIn ID and please do mention Current Location and Visa of candidate while sending the Profil e Description : As a Senior UX Designer, you should have experience across the end-to-end product design cycle, including user research, journey maps, wireframes, through to delivery of final designs. You will develop the strategy for kicking-off new work and establish priorities for deliverables alongside partners in design, business, and technology. What will you be doing Providing feedback and creative direction to new and existing projects Strategizing and executing the product vision by being heavily involved in the end-to-end product design process Defining user journeys and surfacing the underlying needs and motivation of our users to ensure we achieve business goals and provide value Designing intuitive and elegant experiences that empower the firms employees and clients to make confident, effective decisions Working closely with the central MS UX team to align the project UX deliverables with firm approved UX guidelines Creating and presenting a variety of design deliverables (sketches, wireframes, user flows and prototypes) in a way that engenders confidence in you and your solutions within the team and the greater organization Collaborating and supporting engineers by translating designs into successful products Collaborating and sharing work with other projects leads to consistency of UI and experience. Working to strengthen UX team standards and practices. What were looking for An outstanding digital product portfolio that demonstrates how you have created experiences that solved business and end user needs 5 years of UX Design experience as a key contributor to the success of products that have launched Mastery of strategic, hard, and soft UX skills Bachelor's degree in design or related field; masters degree is a plus Fluency in Figma or equivalent You thrive in a collaborative, explorative environment and value being on a diverse team that you can bounce ideas off, get critical feedback from, and unite to mature design thinking in a large organization. You practice active listening and contribute to in-group situations (i.e. brainstorms, audits, critiques, whiteboard sessions, etc.) You have a high tolerance for projects with ambiguity and the ability to set the direction for undefined, complex projects You have a relentless desire to validate assumptions and uncover a problems root cause by testing, learning, and iterating.
