Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Description of Duties

1. Coordinate and take the lead role for the technical/functional development and support of the assigned requests, projects, and tasks for the following functionalities within SAP HCM and the resource must be able to perform the below duties within all of these:

a. SAP Personnel Administration

a. Experience configuring infotypes

b. Experience configuring enterprise, organizational and personnel structures

b. SAP Benefits Administration (BN) including:

a. Experience setting up new Benefit plans

b. Experience configuring standard SAP programs like HRBEN0052

c. Experience working projects like implementing a new benefit vendor (we have a project starting next month to implement a new Flexible spending account vendor)

d. Experience configuring 1095-Cs

c. SAP Payroll

a. Experience configuring wage types, Financial (FI) postings, 3rd party posting, Remuneration statements.

d. SAP Interfaces

a. Experience working ABAP developers to design/maintain interfaces

b. Experience testing with 3rd party vendors

c. Experience running LSMW (mass data loads) loads for various infotypes

2. Be assigned Request Items, Tasks, and Projects to complete in a self-directed and semi-independent manner.

3. Ensure a mutual understanding of the request and the proposed approach/response between both the PTC and the Contractor before beginning work on a request.

4. Coordinate and execute all development aspects including reports, integrations, interfaces, conversion programs, database design and creation, and enhancements.

5. Document requirements, or user stories in detail, as determined by the PTC, within Azure Dev Ops (ADO).

6. Perform technical functions that are within the scope of this position. These include, but are not limited to configuring, coding, testing, data loads, and scripting.

7. Document the progress and other details relating to the work being performed within the appropriate PTCs system(s) of record.

8. Perform and/or coordinate the Unit, System Integration, User Acceptance, and other testing as specified by the PTC following the PTCs IT Quality Management Playbook (playbook to be provided upon start of work).

9. Document and demonstrate changes (Showbacks) to stakeholders, as directed.

10. Work with the PTC system administration team to have the changes code and peer reviewed then implemented into PROD.

11. Provide documentation and knowledge transfer on the changes, as requested by the PTC. Plus provide guidance and support to the application support team, as needed, for troubleshooting issues or answering questions as directed by the PTC.

12. Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.

13. Leads, and participates in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems.

14. Ability to work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned.

15. Adhere to the PTC standards, policies, and procedures.

16. Utilizes various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties.

17. Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC.
