| From: Sam, Adventa Tech Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Workday Adaptive Planning Architect ( MUST be Certified) Location : Houston, Texas ( Hybrid) Local preferred Visa : No H1B/ CPT Job Description: Lead Workday Adaptive EPM / Planning projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Adaptive Planning applications in Adaptive Planning projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Adaptive Planning optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications Lead the day-to-day activities of EPM Advisory engagements, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews Qualifications: Minimum of five years of experience as a Workday Adaptive Planning Lead consulting implementation experience Minimum of Five full life cycle implementations with Adaptive Planning as a Lead or Architect and certification in Workday Adaptive Planning (Please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesn't currently hold the aforementioned certification will be required to secure one within three months from the commencement of employment) Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university Experience leading Adaptive Planning design, Process alignment Detailed understanding of HCM and EPM System concepts and general functionality Experience with workforce planning preferred Detailed understanding of Adaptive Planning processes and best practices Ability to travel as needed Keywords: information technology HIRING NOW::Workday Adaptive Planning Architect::TX(Local) [email protected] |
