Role: Axiom consultant Location: New York, NY (Onsite) Role Description: L1/L2 Production support Experience in Axiom Controller View Running the workflows by changing the required parameters manually in Production in case of job failures Monitoring production system for performance, availability and incidents. Respond promptly to alerts and resolve issues Investigate root cause for incidents and implementing solution to prevent recurrence Maintaining documentation of system configuration, operating procedures and incident resolutions Interacting with business users to understand the queries and provide the solution Experienced with ETL process to fetch data for analysis Has worked on Production Deployments for Axiom reporting changes Experience with managing and troubleshooting the batch workflows and scheduling issues Effectively worked in creating Batch files and Scheduling Jobs in Autosys BAU activities, Audit support and post implementation Production support Incident management and closure Involved in Dry Run activity Involved in Release activity Daily stand-up calls along with the team members Best regards, Yash ITech US, Inc.
