| Please share resume at [email protected] Financial Business Systems Analyst Newark, NJ HYBRID End Client: Prudential Visa Status: GC, US Citizen Interview Mode: Telephonic, Skype The ideal candidate must have 7-10+ years of experience managing Group Insurance / Financial Services technology initiatives. Experience interfacing with Senior Level Executives, Technical Leads and Financial SME is required. CSM or SAFe Certification is a plus. This role helps to shape and execute initiatives by analyzing existing processes and systems, helping to assist the teams to build tools that are constituent-focused while also ensuring practicality within existing business rules. This role also works closely with technology partners, designers, and business partners to support the development process and ensure that new capabilities and tools meet Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as defined by the team. Responsibilities include: Independently work with business partners and initiative owners to understand the end users needs and pain points to define the requirements in agile stories for development Help the Product Owner and the agile team to clearly define and sequence the work (e.g., MVP - minimum viable product and beyond, go to market strategy, release schedules) Flex to support experience design related work (e.g., customer interviews, design thinking workshops, empathy mapping) Monitor usage and collect feedback on functionality and experiences developed to ensure it meets the end users needs Proactively share insights and progress to promote a customer-centric culture and connect the dots across experiences to inform the broader organization Collaborate across agile teams within the GI Journey and across other Constituent Journeys Qualifications: High energy and passionate about making improvements Experience working in a matrix/nonhierarchical environment, embracing an agile mindset to evolve with the business Excellent work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, leadership, other departments and vendors Demonstrates organizational awareness and the ability to navigate and influence across an organization Strong problem solving, decision making, negotiation, and partnership skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data to illuminate key findings and areas of opportunity + summarize findings that educate key stakeholders in a way that is meaningful and compelling Has a learning mindset to take on versatile roles as required by the team involving analytics, business rule definition, testing, and operationalization Intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn, grow, and improve Experience in the financial industry and Group Insurance industry required SAFe Certification is a big plus Thanks and Regards!!
