You will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their evolving needs and translate them into actionable product roadmaps. Your ability to drive alignment, communicate effectively, and deliver exceptional results will be essential to the success of this position. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Collaborate with internal customers (e.g., Order Management, Sales, Corporate Provisioning, etc.) to understand their requirements for Order, Billing, and Provisioning. Work with the Pricing and Revenue Operations team to gather their requirements and translate them into actionable roadmaps. Develop compelling business cases to prioritize initiatives based on projected impact. Drive alignment and communication with stakeholders with conflicting demands. Product Development: Write detailed product requirements and end-to-end use cases for engineering and design teams. Effectively present information to both technical and non-technical audiences, from team meetings to executive briefs. Develop metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in software product management for Quote to Billing, Provisioning, with a strong track record of managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle. Skills: Customer-centric approach with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of business processes, enterprise applications, and Quote to Provisioning Management. Ability to grasp complex integrations and organizational structures. Proven leadership skills to align and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment across North America and India.
