Lead detailed blueprint and design sessions. Communicates effectively with the Treasury client business teams. Lead and guide team members on SAP Treasury. Project documentation viz. test scripts, user manuals, configuration document etc. Hands on knowledge of configuration. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of professional experience working with SAP Service modules (CS, SM).(Customer Service and Service Management) Deep expertise in Service Notifications, Field Repairs, Depot Repairs, and 3rd-party repairs. Strong understanding of RMA processes, Warranty Management, and Service Contracts. Proficient in Equipment Master configuration and service-related billing processes.
