You will play a pivotal role in transforming HR processes and enhancing the employee experience through innovative ServiceNow implementations. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect ServiceNow HRSD solutions, leveraging Employee Center Pro to create intuitive and user-friendly self-service portals. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation process. Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI pages, and UI actions to automate HR processes and streamline service delivery. Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other HR systems, leveraging Integration Hub, SOAP, REST, and other integration technologies. Optimize ServiceNow performance and ensure system stability, scalability, and security. Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, continuously improving the HR technology landscape. Essential Skills: Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly HRSD and Employee Center Pro. Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on user experience. Deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions. Proven experience in designing, architecting, and implementing HRSD solutions, including Employee Center Pro, on ServiceNow. Proficiency in ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with customers and virtual teams. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of HCM products like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD. Experience in Service Catalog rationalization and UI development using AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
