| Hello; Title: QA Lead Location is Richmond, VA Onsite Role Long Term JD: QA Lead (10 + Exp) Lead Quality Analyst QA leads are responsible for leading their team. This often involves resolving conflicts between individual team members or even between different teams. QA leads also mentor their team and motivate them to drive high performance. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret and implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to colleagues. QA lead defines audit strategies to ensure the audits performed are up to industry and company standards. QA lead creates audit plans and ensures the team meets the deadlines set forth in those plans.
