Job Title: Project manager Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Long term Project Job Description: TDDC MSA Analyst experience requirements: 1) Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in systems analysis and design. 2) Possession of a bachelors degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. DIR additional experience requirements: 3. Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing IV&V services to federal, state, and/or local government entities by applying Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Std.1012 (System and Software Verification and Validation) and performing the following tasks: A. Conducting risk and issue list reviews; B. Performing System Requirements Evaluation; C. Conducting System Test Assessments and Verification; D. Developing IV&V monthly activity reports E. Developing IV&V task reports; and F. Performing traceability matrix analysis. 4. Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as IV&V or project oversight on a large-scale software development project. 5. Minimum three (3) years of experience in Agile software development life cycles, project management methodologies, and quality assurance processes. 6. Minimum of two (2) years experience working on one of the following: A. Platform as a Service (PaaS); or B. Software as a Service (SaaS). Desired Qualification: 1. Minimum three (3)Years Experience providing IV&V services to federal, state, and/ or local government entities by performing one or more of the following tasks: a) Observing and assessing tools, artifacts, and activities relating to design, development, coding, testing, databases, and project management; b) Assessment of business, technical, and enterprise architecture artifacts, tools, and environments; c) Performing User Story, Story Points, and backlog assessments on a monthly basis; d) Conducting End to end integration testing assessments and verification; e) Conducting UAT script development assessments and verification; or f) Conducting End to end functionality assessments and verification based on the approved process flows. 2.
