Job Description: Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Resource to ensure the quality of our products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing detailed test plans, performing data validations using SQL, and contributing to the overall improvement of our testing processes. Familiarity with OT (Operational Technology) environments/systems is a significant advantage for this role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products and services. Conduct manual testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing. Perform data validations using SQL queries to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data. Identify and report defects or issues found during testing, and work closely with the development team to resolve them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure that testing meets business objectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to quality assurance and testing. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in manual testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices. Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation purposes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
