Role: PingFederate/Ping Support Specialist Location: Mclean, VA (Day-1 Onsite) Total Experience level- 5+ years Job description: - As a Senior Operation Support Specialist, you will handle support issues for Ping Identity's integrations using PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne, PingID, and any supported integration kits. You Will: Assist with business application engagements and Investigate issues and queries using the existing bodies of knowledge and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Communicate frequently and proactively follow up with the stake holder by phone, email and internet meeting systems Contribute to knowledge base Participate in on-call rotation You Have: At least 3 years of technical support with Ping Identity's products. Advanced technical proficiency with PingFederate and either PingAccess or PingDirectory You Will Have an Advantage If: Linux-based and Windows server OS management SAML/OAuth/OIDC Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and Directory Services Networking.
