This is a contract Support Engineer specific to Dynamics AX/D365 F&O module with our partner client near Issaquah. This is an opportunity to be a SME, build out process, and own support for Tier 1/2 for Dynamics AX/D365 finance and operations module. Job Description Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations addressing user queries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate closely with our Microsoft partner and internal teams to manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex issues. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations by end-users. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of critical updates. Maintain thorough documentation of all issues including system configurations, processes, and training materials. Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations features and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations support engineer with tier 1 and 2 incident resolution Experience with training and support in a production Dynamics 365 F&O environment Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules Including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Commerce, Operations & Manufacturing Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
