| Excel is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a Public Sector client in Indianapolis, IN. 6 months, may extend Visa- USC/GC or H4-EAD Onsite / Hybrid in Indianapolis The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years as a client facing BA Strong background in mapping L1 to L5 process flows, sprint demos, requirement traceability and user experience Ability to lead client-facing interviews / meetings; ability to interface with clients aggregate / synthesize key pain points as an input to future state process flow development Extensive experience in a Salesforce environment This position is a hybrid role.
