| Clinical Applications Trainer/Instructional Designer Epic Ambulatory certified Hybrid (Onsite 1-2 days) Location: Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 Qualifications: Must be certified in Epic Ambulatory Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (preferred) 3 years experience in instructional design and development of learning content for various formats (e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning). Minimum of 2 years experience providing training support including instructional design in a health care setting. Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models, and adult learning principles (e.g., ADDIE). Thorough knowledge of software, training technologies, and industry standard and practices involved with the design of training curriculum. Experience with project management principles, including development of timelines and ability to manage concurrent deliverables. Experience with technical analysis, documentation and writing. Job Duties: Develop and design engaging, interactive instructional materials (e.g., e-learning modules, courses, assessments) that align with learning objectives and adhere to instructional design best practices. Collaborate closely with project teams to translate workflows and patient experience objectives into technical requirements. Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze content, define learning goals, and ensure the instructional materials effectively address learner needs and organizational objectives. Ensures timely delivery of the highest level of training products. Facilitates group and at the elbow training sessions for assigned projects and operational programs. Provides feedback and identifies objectives and strategies to meet performance objectives. Provides support, troubleshooting, problem solving, and instruction for end users Coordinates and presents technical training classes. Determines effectiveness of training by analyzing end-user performance scores from course exercises and competencies.
