This is a data professional who will figure out how to get all the data needed to complete the task; ie. how to extract from Guidewire and put in the Data Warehouse. This person is the last line of mapping before handing over the work to the engineers (who sit remotely). This person writes the requirements for the offshore team. P&C (Guidewire) knowledgeable And works with source app teams to extract data from a source application in the system and modify the warehouse as needed. Must be an expert in the Data flow process and document data moving from system (multiple sources) a to b, and b is always a data warehouse. Experience with Policy / Claim admin systems is a very NICE TO HAVE. Understanding Data Warehouses is critical.
