The consultant will help guide and implement various MS Teams setup thats beyond basic user migration. This person much have knowledge and experience around the following: Physical phones (poly) implementation Proper security/policies setup for end devices Governance Administration as it pertains to Voice PowerShell knowledge for automation Operator connect SIP trunking setup globally on MS teams side configuration Dial plan management practices Plugins/adjunct integration like recording bots for Verint Responsibilities include: Operationalize MS Teams Voice into a production ready platform (currently deployed in testing) Transition HR / legal / compliance policies from existing Avaya / Cisco into MS Teams Voice Testing and deployment planning throughout the rest of 2024 Template / checklist development to bring on sites and countries in the future -- -- Thanks & Regards..
