Hands on experience with Java or Python and LLMs from OpenAI or Google a must. Besides the skill sets we want to make sure that the candidates have the innovative mindset. They are part of the innovation lab, building prototype to solve issues that are discussed at the COI level or based on what they are seeing they come up with solution prototypes and bring them to the stakeholders to see if it could be beneficial. They work with a lot of emerging technologies. They also work with stakeholders to enable the early adoption of emerging technologies. Also scan the market to see what is happening right now. They will be working on a legacy migration using GenAI as an initial project. They will be migrating from COBOL to Java or Python. No preference between Python or Java. Prompt Engineering is also helpful. Not necessary to have healthcare experience, but it is nice to have.
