Description:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

The client is looking for the below:

Responsible for following ADC quality system procedures for non-product computer systems validation, primarily SaaS validation.

This position is also responsible for monitoring Computer System validation (CSV) as well as compliance with GxP regulations and 21 CFR Part 11.

Looking for significant experience in medical device computer systems validation. Including project management, risk assessment, requirements definition, testing and all documentation.

Identifying and working with / taking directions from system owners, subject matter experts, and quality approvers.

Must have significant experience in medical device computer systems validation, including SaaS, in compliance with FDA requirements.

Must have experience with validation of 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Project Summary

The CSAR application comprises a multi-tier web system, Centralized Investigative Component (CIC), batch jobs, and interfaces with various systems, including California Megans Law and the National Sex Offender Public Websites. It facilitates the registration of approximately 150,000 sex offenders and 9,000 arson offenders per California Penal Code and aids in meeting SORNA requirements for sex offender registration and notification.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Must have a bachelors degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, management  information systems, or similar fields

Professional certification in business process re-engineering or related methodologies and tools such as the Certified Business Process Leader (CBPL) certification offered by the Association of  Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP International)

MBA with business process re-engineering education or related coursework

Knowledge of various business process re-engineering techniques and approaches, such as  process mapping, process simulation, process automation, or process optimization. 

Ability to measure and evaluate the outcome and impacts of software development and business  process re-engineering projects, using appropriate metrics, methods and tools. 

At least five (5) years of experience within the past seven (7) years in business process re-engineering, business process analysis, business process design, or business process  improvement, preferably in a software-related context.

Ability to communicate, and present complex technical and business information to managers,  clients, or staff verbally and in writing.

At least five (5) years of experience within the past seven (7) years in software development, or  software project management, or agile software development, preferably in a senior or leadership role.

Must have a minimum five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years documenting and  communicating objectives, software requirements, requirements traceability matrices, and designs  at different levels of abstraction for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last eight (8) years leading and  conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.

Desirable Qualifications

At least three (3) years of experience within the last six (6) years working with California Justice Information Services Division or similar IT Projects.

At least five (5) years within the last seven (7) years using a documentation repository tool (e.g.,  Confluence, SharePoint).

 Three (3) years of experience within the past 15 years, in addition to required qualification in  business process reengineering, business process analysis, business process design, or business  process improvement, preferably in a software-related context.

Alternatively, the consultant may have a professional certification in business process re-

Responsibilities

Apply client change processes and tools to create a strategy to support sustained adoption change initiatives.

Defining a OCM strategy with related concepts to land change within the impacted Organization, successfully.

Collaborate with Global OCM team to develop and deploy OCM approach.

Strong professional experience in Org. Development, Coaching, Visual Communications, Change Management, or related field expertise.

Build and maintain cross functional relationships with business leads and change champions

Lead and manage change readiness, change and people impact assessments

Contribute to OCM capability building across the organization and create feedback mechanisms that will help.

Facilitate Customer, Change Management Community of Practice sessions.
