The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of experience, including substantial experience in the pharmaceutical sector. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP WM functionalities, data management practices, and pharmaceutical warehousing requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP WM solutions with a focus on data management and integration. Develop and maintain data management strategies, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry regulations. Analyze and optimize warehouse processes, ensuring that SAP WM solutions effectively support pharmaceutical supply chain requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP WM. Provide expert guidance on data-related issues, including data migration, cleansing, and reporting within the SAP WM environment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP WM and data management issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Stay current with SAP WM and data management trends and technologies, recommending improvements and innovations as needed. Mentor and support junior SAP WM team members, providing training and knowledge transfer as required. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are advantageous. 15 to 20 years of experience with SAP WM, including hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Extensive experience in data management within the SAP WM environment, including data migration, integration, and reporting. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical warehouse operations, regulatory requirements, and supply chain processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven track record of successful SAP WM implementations and optimizations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
