| (Must Have with Python and Healthcare Domain Experience ) Role : Test Automation Lead - Healthcare Payer domain Location : Bloomfield (Remote) Job Type: Contract NOTE : Candidate Must be strong in Python , Automation , Robot framework Responsibilities: Evaluates the software products according to the business standards or function requirements. Responsible for building and leading a team to ensure releases have a rigorous process for testing. Implementation of full systems testing capability. Take a leadership role in defining and improving the test processes in which the team uses for testing and implementing changes to production. Works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals. Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes. Develops test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Familiar with the software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies. Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of technical experience Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes. 5+ years' software experience designing and shipping large Enterprise Systems * Must have a great understanding of QA principles, concepts, industry practices, and standards. Must have Test Automation experience. Prior experience in Healthcare Payer domain is preferred.
