H1B only || PPN Must || Must have 10+ years of experience Role: Chatbot Developer Location: Charlotte, NC and Melvern, PA Job Type: Long-Term Contract Note: Its an onsite/hybrid role (3 days/week onsite) Job Description: The candidate is expected to be hands on in web services, and server-side experience. You will be analyzing business requirements, interacting with different business teams and will be a part of the solution design process. You will be working on JavaScript, Node JS, NOSQL, etc. Will be a part of the core development team and will be responsible for developing APIs/components. You will be a part of scaling applications and database infrastructure processes. Candidates will partner with the Kore.ai team for the development of new conversational AI virtual assistants across various industry domains. RESPONSIBILITIES: Will work in high-traffic / real-time Enterprise apps Will be a part of Agile Methodologies, Design Patterns, and Software Revision Control Systems Will gain experience in scaling applications and database infrastructure Will work in a very innovative and creative environment MUST HAVE SKILLS: 4+ years of solid development experience and should have worked on open-source platforms Must have strong expertise in JavaScript & Node JS Microsoft Bot Framework - Provides tools and services for building enterprise-grade bots Experience in building IVR bots using contact centers software such as Geneys CISCO etc. Dialogflow - Google's natural language understanding platform for building conversational interfaces Rasa - Open-source machine learning framework for automated text and voice-based conversations Botpress - Open-source bot-building platform with a visual flow editor Skillset should have the following JSON, Redis / MongoDB, Web Sockets Experience in Web Services using REST, SOAP Knowledge of different authentication and authorization techniques Strong knowledge of code documentation and handover Good Knowledge of Python, AI, NLP, ML, Gen AI, Chatbots will be an added advantage OTHER SKILLS WE'D APPRECIATE: Experience with the git version control system Exposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure Knowledge of Linux / Unix flavors EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Graduate in Engineering OR Masters in Computer Applications -- Keywords: artificial intelligence machine learning javascript information technology North Carolina Pennsylvania Chatbot Developer || Charlotte, NC and Melvern, PA 3 Days Onsite 2 days Remote || Long-Term Contract [email protected] |
