We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Consultant with expertise in IdentityIQ to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, integration, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet the identity and access management (IAM) needs of our organization. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy identity governance frameworks, ensuring security compliance, and driving automation of identity management processes.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for identity governance, provisioning, and access management. Configure and customize IdentityIQ workflows, rules, roles, and policies to meet organizational requirements. Integrate IdentityIQ with various systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, cloud platforms, etc.). Develop and maintain connectors for integration with external systems for user provisioning and account management. Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and design sessions with stakeholders to understand IAM needs. Perform SailPoint upgrades, patching, and configuration changes to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IdentityIQ, including identity synchronization, access certifications, and access request systems. Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and security standards. Document solutions, processes, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams. Assist in IAM audits and compliance reporting, ensuring adherence to corporate security policies and industry regulations. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of the IdentityIQ platform.
