Best regards, Larissa Listing Number: 218364 Job Title: Process Improvement/Mapping Project Manager Length of Assignment: 12 months Location: remote, onsite periodically in Monticello, Iowa Oxford's Ag Retail client is looking for a PM/BPO to assist with process improvement work as they prepare and implement the ERP Merchant Ag. The consultant will lead groups through various process improvements, they want someone who can look as they are today and how they will be later (ex. business process for grain scale ticket flow). The Consultant will be reviewing the current process and mapping out improvements in Visio or a similar tool. Merchant Ag offers a lot of different out-of-the-box solutions, but they will need someone who can understand how it fits into our clients Ag retailer ecosystem and challenge what they can do to get more out of it. The Consultant will also serve as a PM (waterfall) on the client side and work with the SI partner through the ERP implementation. The goal is go live in August or September of 2025.
