| Job Title: SAP Administrator (HCM, ECC 6.0) Location: Remote (Anywhere in the EST Time Zone) Duration: long term Application Deadline: 9/17 Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP Administrator specializing in the Human Capital Management (HCM) module within ECC 6.0. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing SAP HCM processes and integrations, as well as supporting related platforms like ServiceNow and MS Azure DevOps (ADO). Experience in testing modules and ensuring smooth workflow integration across platforms is essential. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the SAP HCM module in ECC 6.0. Oversee system configurations, upgrades, and patch management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless SAP HCM operations. Manage integrations with ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO). Conduct system testing and manage testing modules to identify and resolve issues. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SAP HCM functionalities. Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies. Work with cross-functional teams to support project implementations and system enhancements. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an SAP Administrator with a focus on HCM (Human Capital Management) in ECC 6.0. Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management. Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) in managing testing processes. Strong knowledge of testing modules and experience with system upgrades and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in HCM or related modules. Experience with HR processes and integrations in SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
