| Role: Cybersecurity Risk Manager - Third-Party Vendors Location: SanJose CA Onsite Key Qualifications 5+ years of security experience, particularly in third-party security. Demonstrable understanding of cybersecurity risk assessment and risk management methodologies. Strong background in security and technical domains to inform the program and assessment execution. Expertise in Information Security and Risk Management practices and principles. Experience in automation and technical aspects of security risk management. Responsibilities Work directly with business and technology partners, vendors, and legal teams to assess vendor security issues and risks. Prioritize risk mitigation activities and guide the business in making risk-based decisions. Evaluate information security program maturity, security controls, and security documentation for Adobe's strategic vendors. Review threat models for third-party integrations and provide security guidance. Assess and review Adobe vendors' security posture before onboarding them. Communicate security risks to the business and develop risk mitigation plans. Support the legal team with negotiations concerning Information Security contract requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Security, Procurement, Legal) to improve processes and workflows. Communicate and present key vendor security initiatives, practices, and issues to business units. Develop executive reporting and provide metrics to assess vendor security program maturity. Benchmark the vendor security program against third-party risk assessment programs from similar companies. Propose improvements and develop continuous vendor monitoring capabilities (e.g., implement BitSight or similar technology). Create dashboards for executive reporting using BI tools (PowerBI preferred), JIRA. Develop automation to enhance the vendor security program as needed.
