Good to Have Skills Agile work experience Job Description: Overall 10+ years of IT Experience. Create a detailed project plan outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, and resources required. Excellent communication and writing skills Ensure all communication is clear, concise, and documented for reference. Schedule and facilitate team meetings, including setting agendas, sending invitations, and recording minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure tasks are completed on time Conduct risk assessment to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Track project progress against milestones and deliverables Address any issues or conflicts promptly to prevent escalation Incorporate lessons learned into future projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
