Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate how sites and applications function and look. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes. User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and behaviors. Perform usability testing to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven design decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and developers. Best Practices & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Implement design patterns and guidelines to ensure consistency across projects. Technical Skills: Translate design concepts into clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks. Optimize user interfaces for performance and scalability. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 11+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and accomplishments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
