Role: Sr. Business Systems Analyst Location: Latham, New York Duration: 24 months Job ID: SLG - 19 - 9834 Client: NY State Respond by Date: 09/19/24 5:00 PM Description This position requires to build training environmnets and develop documentation for multiple technology needs. Candidate will work with subject matter experts, application developers, training staff, and users to understand the applications and business processes in order to develop the required materials. Duties Create Training materials, Test scripts user guides, correspondence to end users, functional descriptions, application glossaries, guidelines for end users, reports and edit reports, policies and standard operating procedures, and presentations. As applications development process proceeds, written materials need to be updated with the changes in the application and its processes and changes in the business processes. Mandatory Requirements Experience (10+ Years) Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. Assesses the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaises with end users, software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes. Uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Serves as change agent, who identifies the organizational improvements needed, designs systems to implement those changes and trains and motivates others to use the systems. Requirements This is an 100% Onsite 84 months of experience creating documentation, instructions, training and testing materials for Enterprise applications that serve multiple groups with user bases of over 1,000 users in the public or private sector. 36 months of experience authoring technical documentation including user guides, training manuals. 24 months of experience leveraging MS Office Suite to produce deliverables. 36 months of experience working with technical staff and stakeholders at all levels to define business and technical processes 12 months experience building reports using Oracle Analytics tools like OBIEE or Oracle BI Publisher. 24 months of experience with Siebel Case Management System 12 months of experience using UPK (User Productivity Kit) 12 months of configuring and testing calendar integration products including CALDAV 12 months of experience with Oracle SQL to assist with staging data for training environments. 12 months of experience working with Public sector Rsum Copy of Candidate Identification (i.e., Drivers License/Green Card/Visa and Passport if applicable) Any documents referenced in the above Requested Qualifications (i.e., professional certifications, degrees, etc.) Ashok Reddy Akkala Team Lead Sligo Software Solutions Inc.
