Role: SAP HCM Benefits Location: Middletown, PA(Onsite) Client: Pennsylvania Turnpike(PTC) Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing SAP HCM implementations. In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management). Strong project management experience, including experience with methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. PMP or SAP certifications are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in cloud-based SAP HCM solutions.
