This initiative focuses on enhancing internal and external communication channels, stress-testing manual process durability, ensuring efficient recovery of automated systems, and improving executive decision-making through advanced toolsets and real-time data. Project Scope 1. Communication Contingency Planning: To establish multiple communication strategies ensuring uninterrupted coordination with internal stakeholders and external entities during a cyber event. 2. Manual Process Durability Testing: To determine how long key processes can sustain manual operation and to develop strategies for maintaining operational integrity during prolonged system downtimes. 3. Recovery of Automated Systems: To enhance BCPs and MCBPs for the rapid recovery of digital tools and systems after extended periods of manual operation, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance. 4. Monitoring Tools and Dashboard Development: To create tools and dashboards that provide real-time, relevant data to the Area Commander and Executive Team, enhancing visibility and management of key issues during a cyber event. 5.
