| From: vicky, istaffx [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Railroad Commission of Texas requires the services of two (2) Salesforce Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Developer/Programmer Analyst 3, and the specifications outlined in this document for the Railroad Commission of Texas. All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Railroad Commission of Texas and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Railroad Commission of Texas will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s). Job Description Analyze, design, code, and as required test enhancements to complex modules. Design, develop, and modify web applications for complex agency information technology systems. Analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop data conversion and system implementation plans. Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation. Design a new database schema to persist data from the new application. Follow RRC security framework, architecture, and high-level design similar to the other newer applications developed using Salesforce framework etc. Work on the integration with the mainframe, external document service and existing web services, or create new web services when needed. II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements:(must have) 8 Years Required Excellent analytical and coding skills. 5 Years Required Salesforce systems implementation experience 5 Years Required Experience building custom APEX and Visualforce solutions 5 Years Required Experience with Salesforce, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functional and application design 5 Years Required Salesforce Developer Certification 1 Years Required Bachelors Degree or equivalent related work experience. Preferred (optional): 5 Years Preferred Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Workflows, Triggers, REST API 5 Years Preferred Experience with working with Tableau, Microsoft BI or similar data visualization tools. 5 Years Preferred Experience with Exporting, Reporting and Publishing information from Salesforce. 5 Years Preferred Salesforce Administration and Configuration Experience (Sites, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, etc.) 5 Years Preferred Experience with Salesforce Sandboxes, Integrations and Application Development.
