Job Title: Business Analyst, End User and Branding Consultant Location: 100% REMOTE Duration: 1 year contract Visa: USC, Only Required Skills: This position requires three years' experience/expertise working with customers on logo and website rebranding and design. This position requires three years' experience/expertise in creating content strategies for large enterprise-level websites and content providers. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: At least three years' experience creating professional logos is desirable. At least one year of experience with the marketing aesthetics of a customer centric website is desirable. Position Summary: The Business Analyst will work directly with the customer to gather all customer requirements, review the current website/documents, and develop a strategy for implementing a better, user-friendly, customer-centric website that meets all agency, State, and Federal requirements. They will engage with the agency stakeholders and Account Manager to develop guidelines to completely rebrand the website and documents. They must obtain LWC Management's approval of the final branding for the website and documents. They will work with all team members to ensure these requirements are met, and all changes are implemented to meet the approved branding defined in the overall strategy.
