Minimum 5 years experience as a MetricStream Developer required without Bachelors degree. Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications. Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts. Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution. Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area. Analyze, evaluate, design and develop, customize MetricStream software based on Business requirements. Identify gaps, creatively design and code workarounds, product extensions, customizations as required to meet customer needs. Experience in developing database objects such as functions procedures, packages, cursors using PL/SQL and writing complex queries. Experience customizing the platform using JAVA. Provide Production support, debug the issues and provide solutions to issues/enhancements. Provide solutions to the team and guide the team in approaching solution. Participate in story discussions and Story estimations. MetricStream AppStudio Knowledge and completion of MetricStream technical training is required. SME knowledge in GRC Applications. AWS Development Knowledge is a Plus. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
