Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including executives, customers, and external partners. Facilitate regular communication and updates to stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed. Proactively address and resolve program-related challenges to minimize impact on delivery. Monitor and track program performance using key metrics and performance indicators. Prepare and present program status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and achievements. Continuously assess and improve program management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
