Candidate should be located in Tri-State region. Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements Create functional requirement and design for customizations Accurately estimate level of effort for implementation tasks Review developer proposed implementation and identify efficient designs Work with Delivery architects, Technical Leads and developers to ensure access and security profiles meet the needs of the Agency, including verifying that the policies/restrictions in place.
