The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of Enterprise Data Management tools such as Collibra, Informatica, IBM Knowledge Catalog, Snowflake, SafeFME, and ArcGIS Enterprise. The Business Analyst will document use cases, validate success criteria, support end users, and perform testing. This is a fast-paced environment that requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for data governance. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project team members and business stakeholders to understand business processes, identify gaps, and develop expertise in business applications. Conduct root cause analysis to identify system gaps and propose appropriate business, technical, or blended solutions. Develop process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams to document current and proposed processes. Discover and document detailed requirements and user stories, focusing on improvements for business and technical processes. Decompose requirements into Epics and Features, writing actionable user stories that can be easily understood by development teams. Maintain and organize the Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog, grouping user stories into related themes and documenting dependencies. Create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups to visualize proposed solutions for stakeholders. Test proposed solutions for business and technical compatibility, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Define test objectives, create test plans, and execute testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing. Provide updates to Project Managers and Scrum Masters regarding testing progress. Qualifications: Required: Advanced understanding of enterprise data management concepts and tools. 8+ years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts. 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of Scrum methodology. Proven experience in organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint Backlogs. Proficiency in translating client and product strategy requirements into actionable application requirements and user stories. Experience in defining acceptance criteria and managing the acceptance process with development teams. Experience with large, multi-module enterprise systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project Server. Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
