Required skills (Top two are absolutely must haves): 10+ years experience developing the data movement pipelines using Azure Data Factory(ADF), Databricks/Spark (Delta-Lake) 3+ years of hands-on development experience with NoSQL DBs (majority with Azure Cosmos DB; and remainder with combination of MongoDB / Cassandra or similar) 2+ years of hands-on development experience with event based streaming technologies (majority with Azure Event Hub or Apache Kafka) The resource should have ability to design the data flow/pipelines and provide solutions to the team across Azure services serving as a Technical SME. Other desired attributes are: Experience with Moving Legacy DBs to Cloud Strong knowledge and experience in data modeling & design with relational and NoSQL DBs Demonstrated expertise in performance tuning in various DB environments. Experience building and scaling distributed, highly available systems in cloud envy (Azure / AWS) Expertise in understanding complex business needs, analyzing, designing, and developing solutions. Communication and professional skills and the ability to establish relationships across business units.
