The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP ISU implementation and support, and a deep understanding of utility processes. This role requires on-site presence in Arizona and New Jersey. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP ISU (Industry Solution for Utilities) modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP ISU solutions. Develop and execute detailed SAP ISU project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Customize SAP ISU modules to meet the specific needs of utility clients, including Customer Service, Billing, and Device Management. Perform system testing, data migration, and integration with other SAP modules and external systems. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP ISU issues, ensuring minimal disruption to utility operations. Develop and deliver user training and documentation to ensure effective utilization of SAP ISU solutions. Stay updated on SAP ISU enhancements and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of experience as an SAP ISU Consultant, including hands-on experience with SAP ISU modules. Strong understanding of utility industry processes, including customer service, billing, and device management. Proven track record of successful SAP ISU project implementations and support. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Willingness to travel and work on-site in Arizona and New Jersey.
